LITERARY | A Lost Man’s Vertigo
One can be unpredictable, one may seem harmless, a person that can’t break a glass. On the other hand, one may seem to be a person that can break your bone in just a minute.

Well, we don’t know for sure. That’s what Norman is trying to figure out. A young man who’s busy trying to solve a murder, surely is restless. He doesn’t know what might eventually come, well, do you?

As cautious as he is, Norman still tries to figure out the mysteries of the town. Scary is it? Multiple accounts of murder can be alarming, together with Esther and Stein, they are still figuring it out.

Agitated, Norman can’t seem to focus, carrying loads of paper downtown, a view that is normal for everyone to see.

“Ain’t done yet, mate?” a neighbour asked.

“Well, does it?” he answered with little to no interest showing.

Killings are still rising up. One cannot sleep at night, what if the killer is beside me? Who knows? They can’t figure out who might be the killer, then maybe it was a ghost? Or is it really?

Busier and busier, tons of paper clustered around Norman’s unit. A sight that overwhelms him the most. Yet even if the room is full of documents, the owner is out of nowhere. Where could he be?

“Norman? You home?” a loud knock on the door cracked the silence inside his unit, Esther is outside. Why is that?

“Norman? Hello? Another file came up to my house, can you please open the door? Hello?!” Esther, still trying for someone to open the door for her.

Patience running out of Esther, without any hesitations, kicked the door open. A pool of blood waving at her, an unknown woman seen dead, what’s worse? It is inside Norman’s unit. How could he!

On the corner, there is Norman, zoning out with a knife in his hand. Bloody hell! What is going on? Then Stein finally showed, panting as he rushed towards the room.

“Oh no, I-I really do not know, I swear to the Gods of Rome, I don’t.” Norman, confused, denied the possible accusations of murder on to him.

“My head, it hurts real bad, I really do not know, I passed out because of my vertigo and now this!” he continued.

“No more explanations, Norman, it was you all along.” Stein concluded, calling the authorities, handing Norman to them.

Day after day, the cops kept on making Norman confess his crime. Norman, standing his ground, denying the allegations. Crazy man! Denying what is obvious, really!

Even the psychologist went after him. What can they do? Make a fool out of the people? Well, no. They made a conclusion, with no motives at all, it wasn’t Norman who did it, it’s his other personality.

A man who roams the town, kills the pretty girls downtown. Then there is Norman, who tries to solve the crimes his personality did in the past few months.

Still remains a mystery, why does he kill pretty girls?
