For an ex-convict to tolerate Bato Dela Rosa’s absence from the senate because of rumors that the International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant against him is to say that Robin Padilla is the ultimate “cool pal” of the Senate—ironic for the number 1 senator of the 2022 elections.
Let’s be real: for Robin Padilla, the Senate is just another circus where clowns like him can perform. Every time I watch a Senate session or hearing, all I ever hear from this “charismatic” son of a gun are statements like “FREE DUTERTE” or “GEN Z ARE WEAK,” which genuinely piss me off.
How can you make such ironic, hypocritical, and useless statements while defending a man accused of having blood on his hands from a court seeking justice for tens of thousands of victims?
Come on, pal! Do better.
This guy also said that he cannot let the ICC arrest Bato because Andres Bonifacio would have been disappointed. Well, guess what, Robin? YOU FAILED HIM THE MOMENT YOU DECIDED TO RUN FOR OFFICE!
A revolutionary like Bonifacio would never even think of praising someone who tolerates China the way you do. As a matter of fact, Ka Andres would most likely be the one to surrender both you and Bato to the International Criminal Court, considering how flawed the country's justice system has become.
For Robin Padilla, and his mindset to tolerate Bato dela Rosa’s continued absence from his duties as a senator of the republic reflects a failurenot only of good governance, but also justice itself.
So it’s official! The coolest “cool-pal” senator of the Philippines… DING! DING! DING! … Robinhood Padilla!
