The trust and performance ratings of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and Vice President Sara Duterte had both decreased in the third quarter survey conducted by OCTA Research Group.
In OCTA’s Tugon ng Masa poll, Marcos’ trust went down to 57% from 64% in July; 25% distrust him, most of whom came from Mindanao; and 17% were undecided.
The president’s satisfaction also went down to 54% from 62% in July’s inquiry; people who are dissatisfied with his performance increased to 26% from 19%; and 20% were undecided.
Meanwhile, Duterte’s rating only dropped three points from 54% in July to 51%; 24% also do not trust her, and 26% were undecided.
The people who are satisfied with her decreased from 50% to 49%; her dissatisfaction went up to 26%; and 24% were undecided.
The survey was done from Sept. 30–Oct. 4 with 1,200 adult respondents across the country.
It also had a margin error of +/-3% and a 95% confidence level.
